The 2024 Title IX Regulations now permit institutions to have their investigators both collect evidence and make determinations regarding responsibility. As part of her ongoing partnership with the State University of New York’s Student Conduct Institute, Rebecca trained investigators from around the country on how to effectively analyze evidence and write thorough and well-written policy determinations.
